- Student personal statement
- Short Essay – Tell us about your experience with the harp. Why did you choose to play the harp? What are your joys and frustrations with playing the harp? What do you hope to gain from participation in the Houston Youth Harp Ensemble? (300 words max)
- Video recording of one full piece representing current level of ability (upload to YouTube and provide link in application)
- Private teacher recommendation
